Fire Equipment Servicing

NZS 4503 requires all your fire equipment to be serviced at regular intervals. We can add you to our schedule so you don’t even have to think about it and have confidence that your equipment is fully compliant and will work if required.

Every 5 years your fire extinguishers are required to undergo a hydrostatic pressure test and internal inspection to ensure they are still safe. We will leave you a loan extinguisher while we take yours away to ensure that your property is always protected.

Building WOF

Each building has different requirements and it can seem very confusing. Let us make it simple and co-ordinate your entire BWOF process.

We liase with your local council and will interpret your Compliance Schedule for you and provide you simple and easy to understand direction on what needs to be done to keep your building safe for the public to visit.

We can work with you to save money by teaching you to what to check for so you can do some of the monthly checks yourself. The ones that need an IQP to handle then we can do these for you at a cost effective rate.

For more complex building that have a variety of contractors that need to do monthly or annual checks, we can co-ordinate these so you don’t need to worry about them Just leave it to us and we will ensure your building stays safe and compliant.
